Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Control Commissioning Manager to lead our team of Control Commissioning Engineers and PLC Programmers.
The candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating a team of around 10 technicians that do the commissioning activities for advanced intralogistics systems, including automated warehouses with conveyors, stacker cranes, shuttles, robots, and other cutting-edge technologies.
Previous experience in people management is required.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Implementation of TGW’s core values in the daily work.
– Management and coordination of Control Commissioning Engineers and PLC Programmers Team.
– Resources planning short, mid & long term.
– Leading the team, focusing on the effective, professional and economic commissioning of the systems to ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.
– Collaboration with design and installation teams to ensure optimal integration of control systems.
– Conduction of tests and trials of automation systems to verify their correct operation.
– Resolving any technical issues and implement effective solutions.
– Preparing managerial & technical documentation with progress reports.
– Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
– Participation during selection of new employees.
– Support Head of Controls & team creating managerial & technical tools.
– Creation of feedback culture, open discussion of problems, strong team spirit and contribution to a culture of mutual learning.

– Ensure the completion of commissioning projects within the planned timelines and budgets.
– Continuously improve commissioning processes to increase efficiency and quality.
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and high-performance solutions.
– Promote a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
– Ensure a high level of employees’ satisfaction in the team.

Requirements:
– Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
– Proven experience in the role of Control Commissioning Manager or similar positions.
– In-depth knowledge of intralogistics industrial automation systems and PLC programming languages.
– Ability to manage and coordinate technical teams.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Availability for national and international travel (few weeks in a year).
– Fluent English.
– Loyalty.
